A strategic partner who knows your business.
An ongoing advisory relationship where we learn your team, your product, your constraints, and your goals — and help you make better decisions about technology, AI, and product strategy over time.
Context compounds.
The value of advisory work grows over time. In the first month, we’re learning your business. By month three, we’re referencing conversations from month one and connecting dots across your organization. This isn’t a one-off consultation — it’s a relationship designed to get more useful the longer it runs.
Judgment, not hours
You’re paying for informed perspective — from someone who’s built and operated technology at scale across logistics, healthcare, and AI-native products. The format is regular calls and async access, but the value is the thinking.
Standing availability
Weekly or twice-weekly calls, plus async access for questions, document review, and gut-check decisions between sessions. Same-day response during business hours.
Monthly accountability
A written monthly summary of key themes, decisions made, and recommended next steps. Keeps both sides honest and gives you something to share with your team.
How it works
Discovery
A deep conversation about where the business is, where it’s going, and what’s in the way. We figure out whether an advisory relationship is the right fit, and if so, which level of involvement makes sense.
Kickoff
A dedicated deep session in the first week — 90 minutes to two hours — to get up to speed: business model, team, product, tech stack, competitive landscape, and open decisions.
Steady state
Regular rhythm of calls and async access. The cadence is tailored to what works for you. Over time, you’ll notice the conversations build on each other — that’s the compounding effect of shared context.
Monthly summary
A written document covering key themes from our conversations, decisions made, open questions, and recommended next steps.
Quarterly review
Every three months, we step back: is this still the right engagement? Should the scope expand or contract? Should we add build work? This is a natural checkpoint for both sides.
Good fit if
- ◆You’re a founder or executive making consequential decisions about technology, product, or AI strategy and want a thinking partner.
- ◆You value someone who will tell you the truth, including when they think you’re heading in the wrong direction.
- ◆You want continuity — someone who knows your business deeply enough that you don’t have to re-explain context every conversation.
- ◆You’re navigating a transition: scaling, fundraising, entering a new market, or adopting AI across your organization.
If you need specific software built, an AI Build engagement is more appropriate — though many advisory clients do add build projects over time. And if you’re looking for a one-time strategic assessment rather than an ongoing relationship, an AI Audit provides a focused evaluation with a clear deliverable.
