We start by mapping your daily operations and identifying the highest-value tasks for your agent — email triage, calendar management, purchase order drafting, sales monitoring, and more. The agent is configured for your workflows, not generic defaults.

Security-first approach

Every setup includes explicit security scoping: what the agent can access, what it can’t, and approval workflows for high-stakes actions. Personal accounts, financial systems, and sensitive data stay off-limits unless you specifically decide otherwise.

Ongoing support available

Implementation includes a two-week hypercare window for tuning and troubleshooting. For teams that want ongoing agent management, we offer monthly Managed Care plans.

How it works

Discovery

A thorough conversation about your business, your team, and what you want the agent to handle. We’ll cover use cases and priorities, security requirements, hardware and hosting options, your team’s technical comfort level, and rollout strategy.

Configuration plan

A written document covering the agent architecture, integrations, custom skills, security plan, hardware recommendation, and setup logistics. Sent within 24 hours. You review and confirm before we schedule the implementation.

Prework

We’ll send you a checklist of things to have ready before setup day: dedicated hardware, account credentials, API keys, and a written list of your priority use cases. Clear instructions are included for each item.

Implementation

In-person or remote. We install OpenClaw, harden security, connect integrations, build your custom skills, configure model routing for cost efficiency, and test everything with real data.

Training

A hands-on walkthrough with everyone who will use the agent. How to interact with it, what each skill does, how the approval workflows work, how to monitor costs, and what to do if something isn’t working.

Hypercare

Two weeks of dedicated support after go-live. Fast-response troubleshooting, skill tuning as you discover edge cases, and help building new workflows as you get comfortable.

Managed Care (optional)

At the end of hypercare, we’ll discuss whether ongoing support makes sense for your team. Managed Care covers monitoring, updates, security patches, and continued skill development on a monthly basis.

It depends on your situation. We’ll make a specific recommendation during Discovery. Many clients start with a Mac Mini as a dedicated agent machine, but cloud-hosted options work too. We’ll help you think through the tradeoffs.

OpenClaw is our primary platform right now because of its capabilities and flexibility. If a different agent framework is a better fit for your needs, we’ll tell you.

Most single-agent setups cost $50–200/month in API fees. We configure model routing so routine tasks use less expensive models, which keeps costs down. We’ll walk you through monitoring so there are no surprises.

Yes. Multi-agent rollouts are common — each person gets their own agent configured for their role. We sequence the rollout so the team isn’t overwhelmed, usually starting with one or two people and expanding from there.

That’s typical, and it’s exactly why this service exists. We configure everything so you interact with the agent in plain language. No terminal commands, no configuration files. If you can send a text message, you can use the agent.

When using cloud models, your prompts and data are sent to the model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) for processing. We can discuss local model options that keep everything on your hardware if data residency is a concern. Security scoping in Discovery covers this in detail.
