TRAINING & SPEAKING

Teach your team to work with AI.

Hands-on workshops for small groups and keynote presentations for larger audiences. Every session is custom-built around your team’s tools, workflows, and industry — not a generic AI overview.

Your team’s workflows, not hypothetical examples.

We survey participants before every session to understand their roles, their tools, and their biggest time sinks. The content is built around what they actually do at work. Exercises use their real accounts and their real data. The goal is for everyone to leave with AI workflows they can use the next morning.

Custom content every time

No off-the-shelf slides. The curriculum is developed specifically for your audience based on pre-session research. Different teams get different sessions.

Hands-on, not lecture

Workshop participants build real prompts and workflows for their actual work during the session. Keynotes include live demonstrations with real tools. People learn by doing.

Leave-behind resources

Every session includes a tailored resource package: prompt libraries, workflow templates, and guides specific to your team’s industry and tools.

How it works

1

Scoping call

A conversation with the organizer about the audience: their roles, current AI usage, tools, and what you want people to do differently after the session.

2

Pre-session survey

A short survey sent to participants: what tools do you use, what takes the most time in your day, have you tried AI for work, what went well or poorly? The responses directly inform the content.

3

Content development

Custom curriculum built around the survey results and the audience’s real workflows. For workshops, this includes hands-on exercises. For keynotes, this includes live demonstrations and industry-specific examples.

4

Delivery

Workshops are interactive half-day sessions for 5–25 people. Keynotes are stage presentations for 50+ with live demonstrations. Both are designed to hold attention and drive real behavior change.

5

Leave-behind and follow-up

Tailored resource package delivered to all participants. For workshops, a two-week follow-up window where participants can send questions via email.

Good fit if

  • Your team is curious about AI but hasn’t figured out how to integrate it into their daily work.
  • You want a session built around your industry and your tools, not a generic AI primer.
  • You’re planning a team offsite, conference, or leadership retreat and want a substantive AI session.
  • You’ve had team members try AI tools individually but want a more structured, shared approach.

If you’re looking for a deeper, ongoing engagement to help your team adopt AI across the organization, an Advisory Retainer provides sustained guidance over months rather than a single session. And if the session surfaces specific automation opportunities, we can follow up with Workflow Automation or AI Build engagements.

FAQ

Ideally three to four weeks for workshops and four to six weeks for keynotes. The lead time is primarily for content development — we take the custom preparation seriously.

Yes. Virtual workshops work well with the right structure — shorter segments, more interactive exercises, breakout groups. We’ve run them both ways.

The pre-session survey helps us calibrate. We typically structure sessions so early exercises are accessible to everyone, then layer in more advanced techniques. Nobody sits bored and nobody gets lost.

Yes, based on what your team uses or is considering. We’re tool-agnostic — the principles apply across platforms — but the hands-on exercises use the specific tools relevant to your team.

With mutual agreement, yes. Recordings are useful for team members who couldn’t attend. We provide the leave-behind materials either way.
